Black, white and green frame: what do they mean?
The condition terms you will see on almost every new-build listing in Georgia.
Black frame
The shell of the apartment: walls and floors without finishing. Usually the lowest price, but you plan and pay for all the renovation yourself.
White frame
Walls plastered, floors screeded and basic systems prepared. You choose the final finishing — flooring, kitchen, bathroom.
Green frame
Close to ready: finishing done, but furniture and some appliances are usually not included. Exact scope differs by developer.
"Premium" versions
Some developers sell premium white or green frame with better materials. Always ask for the written list of what is included.
Which one to choose?
If you want to move in or rent out quickly, renovated or green frame saves time. If you want your own design, white frame gives freedom.
